Our annual business plan sets out the work we expect to do this year, along with some background on how we chose certain topics as priorities. This year’s business plan features a full programme of thematic inspections and the beginning of the follow-up phase of our CPS Area inspection programme.

This programme of inspection reflects what the Chief Inspector has determined, in his first 12 months in the role, to be key areas for supporting improvement.
