This guide is based on information sourced while undertaking the domestic abuse thematic inspection of probation work. Throughout the guide, we explore what good practice looks like, against our standards. We share an overview of the experiences of people subject to domestic abuse. The guide then shares real-life examples of leadership, implementing the model and staffing and different aspects of effective case supervision.
